PUBLIC NOTICE
ROCKLEIGH PLANNING BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the owner, NJKO LLC, has made application to the Rockleigh Planning Board relating to property known as 10 Paris Avenue, Rockleigh, N.J. 07647, also known as Block 102, Lot 11 on the Borough Tax Assessment Map relative to the proposed construction of a new single family dwelling. The property is located within the A Residential Zone and HF Historic Zone of the Borough of Rockleigh. The applicant proposes to construct a new single family dwelling and related appurtenances which requires the following variances:
a) A side yard setback variance to permit setbacks of 39 ft.; where 50 ft. is required;
b) If deemed necessary, a variance for the continued existing condition of 1.77 acres of lot area, where 2.0 acres are required;
c) If deemed necessary, a variance for the continued existing condition of a lot frontage of 153.7 ft. where 200 ft. is required;
d) All necessary waivers required are being requested by the applicant;
e) A Major Soil Movement Permit relating to movement of 1,899 total cubic yards;
f) The applicant also request any additional approvals, variances, waivers, exceptions or any other relief which may be deemed necessary upon review of the application by the Planning Board.
A public hearing to consider and take action on this application will be held by the Rockleigh Planning Board on March 9, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Borough Hall located at 26 Rockleigh Road, Rockleigh, New Jersey 07647. At such date, time and location, any interested party may be heard in relation to the application.
All documents relating to this application will be available for public review at least ten (10) days prior to the aforesaid meeting during regular business hours in the office of the Planning Board located in Borough Hall at 26 Rockleigh Road, Rockleigh, New Jersey 07647.
