REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: DWI COURT TREATMENT SERVICES. RFP: 27-02 The Third Judicial District Court, DWI Treatment Court Program, is seeking proposals from qualified providers of substance abuse treatment services. Services include, but are not limited to: counseling, group sessions such as Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), operating costs, professional services and must be an approved, in-network provider with all NM Turquoise Care (Medicaid) plans.
