NOTICE OF PENDING ORDINANCES BOROUGH OF KEYPORT   ORDINANCE NO. 2026-01 AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF KEYPORT, COUNTY OF MONMOUTH, STATE OF NEW JERSEY TO AMEND CHAPTER 25 OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF KEYPORT TO CREATE SECTION 25-1-15.22, ENTITLED “AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROVISIONS” TO ADDRESS THE BOROUGH’S COMPLIANCE WITH ITS AFFORDABLE HOUSING OBLIGATIONS   Ordinance No. 2026-01 intends to create a newly enacted Section 25-1-15.22 entitled “Affordable Housing Provisions” containing requirements for affordable housing provisions.   ORDINANCE NO. 2026-02 AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF KEYPORT, COUNTY OF MONMOUTH, STATE OF NEW JERSEY TO AMEND CHAPTER 25 OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF KEYPORT TO CREATE SECTION 25-1-15.23 ENTITLED “AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FEES”   Ordinance No. 2026-02 intends to create a newly enacted Section 25-1-15.23 entitled “Affordable Housing Development Fees” containing regulations regarding affordable housing development fees.   ORDINANCE NO. 2026-03 AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF KEYPORT, COUNTY OF MONMOUTH, STATE OF NEW JERSEY TO AMEND CHAPTER 25 OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF KEYPORT TO CREATE SECTION 21-1-15.21 ENTITLED “MANDATORY AFFORDABLE SET-ASIDE” TO ADDRESS THE BOROUGH’S COMPLIANCE WITH ITS AFFORDABLE HOUSING OBLIGATIONS   Ordinance No. 2026-03 intends to create a newly enacted Section 25-1-15.21 entitled “Mandatory Affordable Set-Aside.” This Ordinance implements and incorporates the prepared Housing Element and Fair Share Plan and addresses the requirements of N.J.A.C. 5:93-1, et seq., as amended and supplemented, N.J.A.C. 5:80-26.1, et seq. as amended and supplemented, and the New Jersey Fair Housing Act of 1985.   Notice is hereby given that the foregoing Ordinances were introduced and passed on first reading on February 17, 2026, and will be considered for final passage and adoption at the meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Keyport on March 3, 2026, beginning at 7PM in Keyport Borough Hall, Council Chambers, 70 W.
