PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS/ BIDS Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the County of Beaver, Pennsylvania, is soliciting attestation of qualifications and experience from vendors accompanied by sealed financial bids for the Beaver County Office on Aging to provide Nutrition Services. The service will include meal preparation of congregate, and home delivered meals which will include meal delivery to Beaver County Senior Centers and other designated locations up to five (5) days per week. A Pre-Bid conference will be held at the Beaver County Office on Aging, 1020 8th Avenue, Beaver Falls, PA 15010 at 10:00 a.m. on Friday March 20, 2026. Questions for the conference must be submitted by 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, in writing or electronically. Submit to same address as above or email: AGentile@bcoa.us. To submit a financial bid, contents of a sealed envelope must include the following: Financial bid along with a bid security in the form of a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid proposal, made payable to, “County of Beaver, Pennsylvania”. No bid will be considered unless it is guaranteed. The Qualification submission should be in a separate envelope than the sealed financial bid. Both the Qualification submission and Financial Bid can be received until 4:30 pm on Monday April 20, 2026, at the Office of the Controller, Beaver County Courthouse, 810 Third Street, Beaver, PA 15009. Acknowledgement of receipt of potential vendor’s submission of Qualifications and experience attestation and financial bids will be held in the Commissioner’s Conference Room at the Beaver County Courthouse, 810 Third Street, Beaver, PA 15009 on Tuesday April 21, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Sealed financial bids will be opened and read aloud on Tuesday May 12, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. from vendors who are deemed qualified by the Beaver County Office on Aging. The award of the bid will be determined and proclaimed in accordance with Section 1802 of “The County Code” of Pennsylvania as amended, 16 P.S. 1802. The Beaver County Board of Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids in the best interest of the County. No bid or any portion thereof may be withdrawn after the bid opening date.
