DEPARTMENT OF LABOR, LICENSING AND REGULATION OFFICE OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING   South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation (SCDLLR) does hereby give notice under Section 41-15-220, SC Code of Laws, 1976, as amended, that a virtual public hearing will be held on March 31, 2026, 10:00 A. M. at 121 Executive Center Dr., Suite 200, Columbia, SC 29210. The hearing is to determine if the Director of the SCDLLR will promulgate rules and regulations pursuant to Section 41-15-210, SC Code of Laws, 1976. The standards being revised and considered for adoption are Article 1, Subarticle 6, Sections 1910.6, Incorporation by Reference and 1910.1200, Hazard Communication Standard. Persons desiring either to speak at the hearing or to have their views submitted on the record if they cannot appear, must file with the Director of the SCDLLR either a notice of intention to appear or a summary of their views on the matter, no later than March 24, 2026.
