ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by Camden Community Partnership (CCP) for Engineering Service of the ELIJAH PERRY PARK PROJECT in the City of Camden, Camden County, New Jersey.
RFP is on file at the office of Camden Community Partnership (CCP), located at Ferry Terminal Building, 2 Aquarium Drive, Suite 310, Camden, New Jersey 08103. Copies may be obtained by prospective proposers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $25.00 per set. Documents will also be available electronically by emailing a request to Brian Fisher at bfisher@camdencpinc.com, with Joe Myers copied at myers@camdencpinc.com. Any questions shall be submitted in writing as “Requests for Interpretation” via email only to Brian Fisher by no later than March 16th, 2026, at 12:00 PM. The RFP Documents may only be modified by an Addendum issued prior to the proposal Opening date.
One original and two copies of said proposals must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name, address, and contact person of the bidder on the outside and bearing on the outside reference to the particular work proposal. The said proposal shall be submitted to Brian Fisher, Camden Community Partnership, Ferry Terminal Building, 2 Aquarium Drive, Suite 310, Camden, New Jersey 08103, no later than March 30th, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
CCP encourages prospective firms to submit their proposals before the designated date and time for the opening, via certified mail or an overnight delivery carrier. Proposal may not be emailed, faxed, or transmitted over the phone.
CCP reserves the right to consider the proposal for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof and further reserves the right to reject any or all proposal, either in whole or in part, and to waive any informality in any and make such awards or take action as may be in the best interest of the CCP.
Proposals will not be accepted after the specified submission deadline. CCP will deem proposals received after the appointed hour as invalid.
Proposals are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.2, et seq., and as such, contractors are exempt from the limitations on making political contributions under that law. Further, for that reason, as well as because of language in the NJ Annual Appropriations Act, refusal to disclose campaign contributions otherwise required by N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.2 et seq. and 19:44A-20.25 et seq., will not adversely affect your consideration for the award.
All submitting firms must comply with the mandatory requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-3.1 et seq. (P.L. 1975, c. 127) and N.J.A.C. 17:27 regarding Affirmative Action responsibilities.
