22 TURNPIKE ROAD LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Modification to Major Site Plan Approval 22 Turnpike Rd Map 39 Lot 29   The Southborough Planning Board shall hold a public hearing on Monday March 9, at 7:00 PM in the McAuliffe Hearing Room (Second Floor, Town House), 17 Common Street, Southborough, MA and via Zoom, to consider the application of Southborough Golf Realty Holding LLC, for the property located at 22 Turnpike Rd. for a Modification to Major Site Plan Approval per Town Code §174-10.   This hearing is in regard to an 1,884 SF golf shed expansion along with past site modifications that happened in 2005-2006 through building permits.
