PROPOSAL: Application for Definitive Subdivision Approval under the Massachusetts Subdivision Control Law (M.G.L. c.41) and the Town of Bourne Subdivision Regulations for 115 Red Brook Harbor Road. The application pertains to Lot C as shown on a plan recorded in Plan Book 150, Page 35 at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds. The proposed subdivision will result in one (1) unbuildable lot and one (1) buildable single-family dwelling lot in an R-40 District.

Any appeal from the Planning Board can be made only to the Court and must be made pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 41, Section 81-BB, and must be filed within twenty (20) days after the date of filing of the decision with the Town Clerk.
