NOTICE OF SOLICITATION The Port of Corpus Christi Authority (PCCA) hereby issues this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking consultants interested in providing engineering services for PCCA projects anticipated for fiscal year 2026. Some of the projects may be grant funded, therefore compliance with Federal and/or State provisions may be required with certain projects. Consultants interested in providing engineering services for PCCA projects may obtain the complete RFQ at the PCCA’s Procurement website (https://pocca.procureware.com/home). Interested consultants must be registered on the Port’s procurement website in order to access the RFQ online. Statement of Qualifications (Response) must be submitted online via the PCCA Procurement website (https://pocca.procureware.com/home) to the attention of Melinda Licon, Manager of Procurement Services, no later than 3:00 PM, Thursday, March 19, 2026 (the “Deadline”). Responses received after the Deadline will not be considered. Responses may not be faxed or emailed to the PCCA office. PCCA reserves the right to reject any or all Responses received. Consultants must not attempt to contact Staff members, Commissioners, or Agents of the PCCA associated with this RFQ to discuss or ask questions about the contents of the RFQ.
