ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The County of Winnebago, Wisconsin, a tax-exempt municipal corporation under Wisconsin Statute 77.54(9a), will receive sealed bids up to 3:00 p.m. on March 24, 2026, for the following: Bids will be accepted by Winnebago County for the 2026 season requirements of Asphaltic Concrete totaling approximately 85,400 tons. Winnebago County will be utilizing approximately 3600 tons of the mix for the CHI project on CTH A and 17,000 tons for the CHI project on CTH E. Included in the total is the production of approximately 900 tons of 3 LT 58-28 mix and 900 tons of 4 LT 58-28 mix on behalf of the Town of Neenah for the TRI project on Woodenshoe Road. Asphalt producer must bill municipality directly for hot mix asphalt. Placement will be made by others. Contractors may obtain copies of the Bid Documents from DemandStar/OpenBids. If you are not a member of DemandStar/OpenBids, please contact the Purchasing Department for information on how to sign up free of charge. Bids must be electronically filed on the DemandStar/OpenBids platform, no later than 3:00 p.m., central time, March 24, 2026. Bids received after the above hour and date, will not be accepted. Bids will be opened electronically at 3:00 p.m., central time, March 24, 2026. Bid results will be available on DemandStar/OpenBids. Winnebago County is not liable for any costs incurred in replying to this request.
