NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 3, 2025, entered in Case No. 502025CA005411XXXAMB of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein Jeannie M. Realty, LLC, is the Plaintiff, and Michael Keady, Larkspur Landing at Ibis, Inc., Club at Ibis Property Owners' Association, Inc., Caryn Laughlin, and Kerri Hall, are the Defendants. Mike Caruso, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 2, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 70, Ibis Golf and Country Club Plat No. 22, a P.U.D., according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 81, Page 125, Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
