BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 12/8/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET, SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITH appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 4/1/26. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A.M. and 4:00 P.M., the following described property, to wit
ONE CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, more particularly designated as Lot Nine (9) Block
Two (2) of Woodlawn Subdivision, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, being a subdivision of property
belonging to Walter Land Company, located in Section 20, T17S, R18E, City of Houma Terrebonne
Parish, Louisiana, and shown on a plat of survey by T. Baker Smith & Son, dated August 22, 1975, revised February 5, 1976 and recorded in the records of Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana under Entry No.
507730, Map Number 4199; said Lot Nine (9), Block Two (2) of Woodlawn Subdivision measuring a
width of One Hundred Fifty (150') feet front on the south side of Woodlawn Ranch Road, by depth of
One Hundred Ninety-eight (198') feet between equal and parallel lines and having a rear width of One
Hundred Fifty (150') feet; said lot being bounded North by Woodlawn Ranch Road, South by property
of Walter Land Company or assigns, East by Lot Ten (10) and West by Lot Eight (8), all of Block Two
(2) both of Woodlawn Subdivision; together with all buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TERMS: CASH OR BANK OFFICIAL / CASHIERS CHECK sufficient to pay and satisfy the WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued in this case, say the sum of $147183.25, along
with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including Sheriff’s Office cost and charges.
