BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 11/19/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET, SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITHOUT appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 4/1/26. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A.M. and 4:00 P.M., the following described property, to wit
1) A certain lot of ground or parcel of real estate situated in addendum no. three (3) to Broadmoor
Subdivision, in the Parish of Terrebonne, Louisiana, on the left descending bank of Bayou Terrebonne,
about three (3) miles above the City of Houma, being known and designated on a plan of said addendum
no. 3 to Broadmoor Subdivision, made by E.M. Collier, Surveyor, dated February 8, 1957, and on file in
the office of the clerk of court of Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, under entry no. 168026, map no. 724, as
lot no. eleven (11) of Block "A", measuring a front of sixty-six (66') feet on the south side of Broadmoor
Avenue by a depth of one hundred ten (110') feet between parallel lines, and being bounded as follows:
On the north by Broadmoor Avenue, on the east by lot no. twelve (12) of said Block "A", on the west by
lot no. ten (10) of Block "A" and on the south by a strip of ground belonging to Mrs. Keith T. Kenney, et als;
(2) A certain piece or portion of ground, situated immediately south of Block "A" of addendum no. 3 to
Broadmoor Subdivision in the Parish of Terrebonne, Louisiana, having a width of 66.00 feet across the
southern boundary of lot no. 11 in Block "A" of addendum no. 3 to Broadmoor Subdivision by depth between equal and parallel lines of 12.5 feet, said property being bounded on the north by the southern boundary of lot no. 11 of Block "A" of addendum no. 3 in Broadmoor Subdivision, on the east by a southerly prolongation of the eastern boundary of lot no. 11, and on the southerly prolongation of the
western boundary of lot no. 11, and on the south by property of Curtis J. Prevost, et al, now or formerly.
And being more fully described in deed book 1221 page 599 recorded on 01/12/1990 among the land records of Terrebonne County, LA.
TERMS: CASH OR BANK OFFICIAL / CASHIERS CHECK sufficient to pay and satisfy the WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued in this case, say the sum of $86567.81, along
with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including Sheriff’s Office cost and charges.
