No. 2026-PR-9 CLAIM NOTICE NOTICE is given of the death of Henry T. Lund. Letters of Office were issued on February 11, 2026 to Beverly A. Esposito, 819 S. Walnut St., Pontiac, Illinois 61764, and William A. Lund, 216 Renfrew Ave., Dwight, Illinois 60420, as Independent Co-Executors, and whose attorney is Aaron S. Galloway, Fellheimer Law Firm, Ltd., 210 N. Main Street, Pontiac, Illinois 61764. The estate will be administered without court supervision unless under Sec. 28-4 of the Probate Act (Ill. Comp. Stat., Ch. 755, Act. 5, par.28-4) any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by e-filing a Petition to Terminate with the Livingston County Circuit Clerk, pursuant to instructions found on the Circuit Clerk's website. Claims against the estate may be e-filed on or before 31st day of August, 2026 or if by mailing or delivery of a notice to the Executor as required by Section 8-3 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/18-3) by the date stated in this Notice. Any claim not filed on or before said date is barred. Claims may be e-filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Court at the Livingston County Law and Justice Center, Pontiac, Illinois, or claims may be filed with the Independent Executor or to the attorney for the estate, or both. If e-filed with the Clerk, the claimant must, within 10 days, mail or deliver a copy of the claim to the Executor and to the attorney for the estate and e-file with the Clerk proof of such mailing or delivery.
