FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff, and ASHRAF HENES, ET ALS., are Defendants, writ of execution for the sale of mortgaged premises dated 1/7/2026.
By virtue of the above stated Writ, to me directed and delivered, I will expose to sale at public vendue on WEDNESDAY, the 25TH DAY of MARCH A.D. 2026, at the hour of one thirty o' clock by the then prevailing (Standard or Daylight Saving) time, in the afternoon of the said day, at the Heldrich Hotel, 10 Livingston Ave, New Brunswick, N.J. 08901.

THE SHERIFF HEREBY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADJOURN THIS SALE WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE THROUGH PUBLICATION.
SURPLUS MONEY: If after the sale and satisfaction of the mortgage debt, including costs and expenses, there remains any surplus money, the money will be deposited into the Superior Court Trust Fund and any person claiming the surplus, or any part thereof, may file a motion pursuant to Court Rules 4:64-3 and 4:57-2 stating the nature and extent of that person's claim and asking for an order directing payment of the surplus money. The Sheriff or other person conducting the sale will have information regarding the surplus, if any.
The approximate amount of the upset to be satisfied by said sale is the sum of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY SIX THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS AND FIFTY SIX CENTS ($136,375.56) dollars more or less, plus interest together with the costs of this sale.
