NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Stark County Commissioners will receive bids for VARIOUS CLASSES OF CONCRETE for Stark County Engineer’s office designated as Bid No. 2998.
Specifications and bid forms are available upon request at the Board’s Office, 110 Central Plaza South, Suite 240, Canton, Ohio 44702 or by E-mail from Kris Miller at kjmiller@starkcountyohio.gov.
Sealed bids will be received by the County Commissioner’s Office from the date of the first publication until MARCH 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM, at which time they will be opened. All bids shall be accompanied by a bond, certified check, or cashier’s check on a solvent bank or savings and loan association in the amount of ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000.00) to ensure that the bidder shall, if his bid is accepted, enter into an agreement in conformity to the specifications and the invitation to bid, and in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code. The checks of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned immediately upon award and signing of an agreement with the successful bidder or the rejection of all bids.
Each bidder must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap or national origin, disability, age, veteran status, or genetic information.
The Stark County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and to accept any bid or combination of bids which is deemed most favorable to the County at the time and under the conditions stipulated.
