Request for Qualifications and Proposals   Crawford County intends to apply for the PY 2026 Community Housing Impact and Preservation Program (CHIP) which may include CDBG, HOME, and OHT funds. Crawford County anticipates partnering with the City of Bucyrus and the City of Galion. This is a competitive grant administered by Ohio Department of Development, Community Services Division, Office of Community Enhancement. The County is interested in acquiring the services of a consultant firm to prepare the application, perform the environmental review, develop and implement the program.
