NOTICE FOR ELECTRONIC BIDS ELECTRONIC BIDS for the City of Green, Arlington Road Corridor Improvements Project SUM-CR 15-3.55, Project 19-H-09 within the City of Green, Summit County, Ohio, will be received on Bid Express’ Website, until 10:00 AM on March 18, 2026. The project consists of full depth pavement replacement and widening of Arlington Road from Boettler Road to Turkeyfoot Lake Road to a four-lane roadway with a raised center median. Full depth pavement and narrowing of Boettler Road from Arlington Road to Kenway Boulevard to a two-lane roadway with left turn lanes at the intersections of Arlington Road and Kenway Boulevard. Intersection improvements at Boettler Road and Arlington Road include converting the existing signalized intersection into a multi-lane roundabout. Intersection improvements at Southwood road and Arlington Road include converting the existing temporary signalized intersection to a multi-lane roundabout. Additional improvements include storm sewer, lighting, traffic control, and pedestrian improvements.
