PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a petition has been presented to the Board of Supervisors of Millcreek Township by the following: JMG II Investments Properties,LLC for property located at 4855 West Lake Road consisting of approximately 0.4348 acres, now zoned R1 Single Family Residential, asking for the property to be classified as MU-1 Neighborhood Mixed Use. Ann D Haller for property located at 4845 West Lake Road consisting of approximately 0.5032 acres, now zoned R1 Single Family Residential, asking for the property to be classified as MU-1 Neighborhood Mixed Use. A public hearing will be held on said petitions on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 9:30 A.M., in the Millcreek Township Assembly Room, 3608 West 26th Street, at which time and place all persons interested may be heard if they so desire.
