Jason Castro, and The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, on August 1, 2025 and recorded with the North Smithfield Land Records on September 26, 2025 in Book 1029 at Page 209, and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in the certain Mortgage Deed made and executed by Jason Castro dated April 14, 2022, and recorded in Book 939 at Page 59, et seq. with the records of Land Evidence of the City/Town of North Smithfield, County of Providence, State of Rhode Island, the conditions of said Mortgage Deed having been broken.
