NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plan Commission of the City of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, will conduct a Public Hearing at 5:30 p.m. on March 16th, 2026, in Meeting Room A of the City-County Government Center, 160 South Macy Street, to consider a special use permit for the property identified as FDL-15-18-07-24-750-01. The parcel is located northeast of the East Johnson Street (Wisconsin 23) and Wisconsin American Drive roundabout. The special use permit request by David Baum on behalf of the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Agnes is to develop land in the R-3 (Central Area Residential District) for use as a senior living community with independent and supported levels of care, including memory care. Memory care is a community-based residential facility resulting in the need for a Special Use Permit in residential districts.
