NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plan Commission of the City of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, will conduct a Public Hearing at 5:30 p.m. on March 16, 2026, in Meeting Room A of the City-County Government Center, 160 South Macy Street, at the request of David Baum on behalf of the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Agnes to rezone land from A (Agricultural District) to R-3 (Central Area Residential District). The land to be rezoned consists of the parcel located at FDL-15-18-07-24-750-01. The parcel is located northeast of the East Johnson Street (Wisconsin 23) and Wisconsin American Drive roundabout.
