NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town
of Mount Pleasant on March 12, 2026 at 7:00pm at One Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla, NY., upon the appeal and
application of John Scarlato (Applicant) for Vijesh Titus (Owner) of premises located at 98 Eastview Drive,
Valhalla, NY, which appeal is from a decision of the Building Inspector of the Town of Mount Pleasant, and is
designated on the Tax Assessment Maps of the Town of Mount Pleasant as 113.5-2-49.
The application is for a proposed two-story addition to an existing single-family dwelling on a legal standard
