NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plan Commission of the City of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, will conduct a Public Hearing at 5:30 p.m. on March 16, 2026, in Meeting Room A of the City-County Government Center, 160 South Macy Street, to consider a special use permit for the property identified as 1437 Lynn Avenue (FDL-15-18-07-31-009-00). The parcel is located north of Into the Woods Wellness, which is at 1424 Lynn Ave. The special use permit request is for MF Housing Partners LLC to develop land in the O (Office Conversion District) for residential use as a senior multi-family development. The land use schedule for the O Office Conversion District identifies a Multi-Family Dwelling as a Special Use within the zoning district.
