A pre-bid conference will be held on March 11, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Board of Commissioner’s Office in the Commissioner’s Conference Room located at 2 N Paint Street, Suite H, Chillicothe, Ohio 45601 followed by a site walkthrough at the Yoctangee Park located at 89 Riverside Street, Chillicothe, Ohio 45601. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates apply.
