The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of Larry Stevens aka Larry Stevens, Sr. & Todd Stevens, but whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on October 15th, 2025, Plaintiff, Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, as Owner Trustee of the Residential Credit Opportunities Trust IX-A , filed a Complaint in the Ross County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 25CI000517, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 5104 Mt Tabor Road, Chillicothe, OH 45601, being permanent parcel number 171413067000 (“Real Estate”), and allege that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.
The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of Larry Stevens aka Larry Stevens, Sr. & Todd Stevens, are required to answer the Plaintiff’s Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice. In the event that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of Larry Stevens aka Larry Stevens, Sr. & Todd Stevens, fail to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff’s Complaint.
