PUBLIC NOTICE BIDS WANTED Sealed bids will be received by Springfield Township Board of Supervisors and publicly opened and read at the Administration Building, 9211 Susquehanna Trail S, Seven Valleys, PA 17360 at 1:00 PM on Friday, April 10, 2026, for the following: ROAD PROJECTS BID - Furnish and place approximately 4,675 tons of various bituminous materials. All materials need to meet PennDOT specifications. STONE BID - Provide crushed aggregates of various sizes. HAULING BID — Provide 4 Tri-axle dump trucks to haul approximately 2000 tons of Superpave materials. A Bid Bond is not required. The successful bidders, when awarded a contract shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds (with suitable surety), as specified in the Contract. All proposals must be submitted on PennDOT forms. Bidding documents are available to all prospective bidders at the Springfield Township Administration Building during regular business hours Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Notice is hereby given to bidders that parts of the proposals may be subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987) as amended. Springfield Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to make an award that is in the best interest of the Township.
