INVITATION FOR A SEALED BID  The School District of the City of York is soliciting bids for an MTSS Data Platform System for PK-12. Sealed Bid criteria can be requested from Dr. Kate Fritz via email at fritzkat@ycs.k12.pa.us or in person between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday from February 23 - March 20, 2026, at the School District of the City of York Administration Building located at 31 N Pershing Ave, York, PA 17401. All bids must be sealed and delivered by the bidder to the School District of the City of York on or before 4:00 pm on Friday, March 27, 2026, where and when bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The School District of the City of York reserves the right to reject any and/or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids received late or incomplete will not be considered. Bids may be held in the School District of the City of York for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract.
