LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE of intent of Shrewsbury Borough Council, York County, PA to adopt Ordinance No. 2026-01, Amending the Shrewsbury Borough Zoning Ordinance at a duly advertised public meeting and public hearing, which shall take place on March 11, 2026. The meeting shall commence at 7:00 p.m. in the Shrewsbury Borough Municipal Building, 35 W. Railroad Ave., Shrewsbury, PA 17361. The hearing shall take place during the meeting. The Ordinance updates the definition of Public and amends Uses by Special Exception when authorized by the Zoning Hearing Board. A copy of the full text of the proposed Ordinance may be examined during normal business hours at the Shrewsbury Borough, Municipal Office or the Law Resource Center located at the York County Judicial Center, 45 N.
