NOTICE TO CREDITORS, HEIRS, AND BENEFICIARIES
OF DEAN L. PEYTON, DECEASED, AND THE DEAN L. PEYTON
REVOCABLE TRUST
In The Matter Of:
The Dean L. Peyton Revocable Trust U/A/D August 29, 2018, as amended and restated
To all persons regarding Dean L. Peyton, deceased, who died on or about the 26th day of January, 2026.
You are hereby notified that Christopher M. Peyton, 6012 North Waterbury Road, Des Moines, IA 50312, is serving as Trustee of the Dean L. Peyton Revocable Trust under agreement dated August 29, 2018, as amended and restated on October 31, 2025 (“the Trust”). At this time, no probate administration is contemplated with regard to the estate of Dean L. Peyton, deceased.
Any action to contest the validity of the Trust must be brought in the District Court of Polk County, Iowa, within the later to occur of four months from the date of the second publication of this notice, or thirty (30) days from the date of mailing this notice to all heirs of the decedent, spouse of the decedent and qualified beneficiaries under the Trust whose identities are reasonably ascertainable. Any claim or suit not filed within this period shall be forever barred.
Notice is further given that all persons indebted to the decedent or to the Trust are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned Trustee. Notice is further given that any person or entity possessing a claim against the Trust must mail proof of the claim to the Trustee at the addresses listed below via certified mail, return receipt requested, by the later to occur of four months from the date of the second publication of this notice or thirty (30) days from the date of mailing this notice if required, or said claim shall be forever barred, unless otherwise allowed or paid.
