Coulter, together with all heirs of Tamara L. Coulter and interested persons, whose identity and whereabouts are unknown, as more specifically set forth in the Affidavit filed herein, of the following: l. That the name of the Court is Lawrence Circuit Court and the Cause No. is 47 COI -2602-MF000189 The title of the case is Travis Kern, Plaintiff, vs. Tamara Coulter, Deceased and Capital One Auto Finance, Defendants. 2. That the name of the attorney representing the Plaintiff is Brent E. Steele of Steele & Steele, L.L.C., Attorneys at Law, 1602 1 Street, Suite l, Bedford, Indiana 47421. 3. A brief statement of the nature of the suit is to foreclose a storage lien against a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee owned by Tamara L, Coulter and to recover judgment for storage fees from such vehicle. 4. The Defendant, Tamara L. Coulter, all heirs of Tamara L. Coulter, together with all interested persons, transferees and assigns, are being given notice pursuant to Trial Rule 4.13, and if said Defendant, heirs, and/or interested persons, transferees and assigns fail to appear and make written objection to Plaintiffs Complaint within 30 days of the date of the last publication hereof, said Defendant, heirs and/or interested persons, transferees and assigns, shall be defaulted from challenging or objecting to an order being entered in said cause of action at any later date. Failure of said Defendant, heirs and/or interested persons, transferees and assigns, to appear and the Court will make its determination accordingly in his/her/their absence. 5. The Defendant, Tamara L. Coulter, heirs, interested persons, transferees and assigns must appear and respond in writing within thirty (30) days after the date of the last publication of this Non Resident Summons and Notice which will be published once each week for three (3) consecutive weeks and thus on February 25 2026, March 4 2026, and March 11, 2026.
