NOTICE OF TAX SALE PURCHASE
To: Phyllis J & John E Schilling
And any Person with a Substantial Property Interest of Public Record in the Tract of Real Property.
The property described below, behind identified as having unpaid property taxes, as sold at the Owen County Tax Sale at Owen County Courthouse on September 9, 2025 as evidenced by Owen County Tax Sale Certificate No: 602500038 Property Id: 60-03-21- 200-280.000-019 by the undersigned Renee E. Campbell and Gary D. Hall:
Situate in the State of Indiana, County of Owen and being a part of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 29, Township 12 North, Range 4 West of the Second Principal Meridian more particularly described to-wit:
Beginning at a point which is 981.3 feet West of and 414.4 feet South of the stone marking the Northeast corner of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of the aforesaid Section 21; thence South 11 degrees 33 minutes east 65 feet; thence South 66 degrees 49 minutes East 19 feet; thence South 23 degrees 44 minutes West 215 feet to the U.S. Government Severance line of the Cagles Mill Reservoir; thence with said severance line South 72 degrees West 250 feet; thence North 150 feet; thence leaving said line North 57 degrees 13 minutes East 350 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.35 acres, more or less.

As owner of record, or as a person with a substantial property interest of public record of the property described above, you are entitled to redeem the property described below through a procedure described in the approximate sections on the Indiana Code. As of this date of this letter, the property has not been redeemed. This entitlement to redeem expires on September 9, 2026 the end of the statutorily imposed "period of redemption".
To redeem the property, you must comply with all applicable sections of the Indiana Code, as well as pay the amount of the judgment for taxes, special assessment, penalties and costs under Ind. Code Section 6-1-1-24-4.7 plus Renee E. Campbell and Gary D. Hall, Purchasers are entitled to reimbursement of all additional taxes or special assessments that they have paid on said real estate subsequent to the tax sale and before redemption plus all additional redemption sums allowed under IN Code Section 6-1.1-25-20 plus the following costs incurred by PURCHASERS, Renee E. Campbell and Gary D. Hall, costs of giving notice, filing fees paid upon the filing of a tax deed petition, title expenses, mailing costs, interest and attorney fees.
The below named purchasers are entitled to receive a deed for the property described above if it is not redeemed on or before September 9, 2026. The below signed purchasers intend to file a petition in the Owen County Circuit Court for a tax deed to be issued to the below described property on or after September 9, 2026.
