Pursuant to the Sharon Massachusetts Code, Division 1: Bylaws, Part II General Legislation, Chapter 275, Zoning, the Applicant seeks (i) Major Site Plan Review pursuant to Section 10.6 (previously Section 6320) et. Seq. of the Sharon Zoning By-Laws, Chapter 275 (all subsequent references refer to said Chapter 275, unless noted)
For Building B as shown on the submitted Floor Plans and Elevations; (ii) Variances, Special Permits, Findings and/or such other relief and findings as may be necessary or required for those matters specified in (i), above, and such other relief as the Board may deem necessary based on the Application submitted by the Applicant. The property is located on land bounded generally by Interstate I-95 to the west, by South Walpole Street to the north, by Old Post Road to the east, and by South Main Street to the south. The Parcels are shown on the Assessor’s Map 057, Parcel 022-001, and the area to be developed is approximately 30.09 acres. The Property address is 144 Old Post Road, and is situated in a Business District “D” zone within the Groundwater Protection District. The above Application and Plans are on file at the Engineering Department, 217 South Main Street, Rear, Sharon, Massachusetts for review during normal business hours.
