In accordance with the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 5, The Zoning Act, you are hereby notified that the Town of Stoughton Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on March 12, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in FITZPATRICK ROOM First Floor, 10 Pearl Street, Stoughton, MA, to consider and hear public comment on a Citizen Petition proposed amendments to the Town of Stoughton Zoning Bylaws and the Zoning Map as follows:

To rezone the portions of 560 Pleasant Street as identified on Assessors Map 68, Lot 186 currently zoned General Business (GB) Zone to Residential Suburban C (RC) Zone; to rezone 566 Pleasant Street as identified on Assessors Map 68, Lot 17 currently zoned General Business (GB) Zone to Residential Suburban C (RC) Zone; to rezone 576 Pleasant Street as identified on Assessors Map 68, Lot 188 currently zoned General Business (GB) Zone to Residential Suburban C (RC) Zone; to rezone 580 Pleasant Street as identified on Assessors Map 80, Lot 27 currently zoned General Business (GB) Zone to Residential Suburban C (RC) Zone; to rezone 10 Pleasant Street as identified on Assessors Map 80, Lot 97 currently zoned General Business (GB) Zone to Residential Suburban C (RC) Zone; to rezone 600 Pleasant Street as identified on Assessors Map 80, Lot 28 currently zoned General Business (GB) Zone to Residential Suburban C (RC) Zone; to rezone 602 Pleasant Street as identified on Assessors Map 80, Lot 96 currently zoned General Business (GB) Zone to Residential Suburban C (RC) Zone; to rezone 608 Pleasant Street as identified on Assessors Map 80, Lot 29 currently zoned General Business (GB) Zone to Residential Suburban C (RC) Zone; to rezone 624 Pleasant Street as identified on Assessors Map 80, Lot 31 currently zoned General Business (GB) Zone to Residential Suburban C (RC) Zone; to rezone 642 Pleasant Street as identified on Assessors Map 80, Lot 33 currently zoned General Business (GB) Zone to Residential Suburban C (RC) Zone; to rezone 650 Pleasant Street as identified on Assessors Map 80, Lot 34 currently zoned General Business (GB) Zone to Residential Suburban C (RC) Zone; to rezone the portions of Assessors Map 80, Lots 30, 32, 98, 99, and 100 currently zoned General Business (GB) Zone to Residential Suburban C (RC) Zone; to rezone the portions of Assessors Map 81, Lot 3 currently zoned General Business (GB) Zone to Residential Suburban C (RC) Zone; to rezone the portion of 141 Lowe Ave Assessors Map 68, Lot 170 currently zoned General Business (GB) Zone to Residential Suburban C (RC) Zone;
And to amend the Zoning Map in accordance with the above [or as further shown on a plan entitled “Town of Stoughton Zoning Map” as amended through October 29, 2025]: or take any action relative thereto.
