In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A, Section 11, the Quincy Planning Board will hold a continued public hearing on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at or after 6:00 PM, in the 1st Floor Boards and Commissions Room, Old Town Hall, 1305 Hancock Street, Quincy, MA, on the application of 46 Bates Ave LLC, 76 Norton Road, Quincy, MA 02169, for Site Plan Review under Quincy Zoning Ordinance Title 17, Section 9.5.1 (Site Plan Review), and 5.1.17 (Parking Waiver). The Applicant proposes the removal of the existing single-family house and the construction of a new three townhouse style residential units along with nine (9) parking spaces. The proposal will also include professionally designed drainage controls and landscaping. The property contains 27,999+/- 7,300+/- square feet of land and is located at 46 Bates Avenue. The subject property is located within Residence B Zoning District and shown on Assessors Map 4083, Lots 3, Plots A.
