The New Brunswick Development Corporation (DEVCO), a nonprofit development company, is seeking to prequalify certain construction subcontractors for the construction of an Administrative Office Building Project on behalf of Rutgers University in Newark, New Jersey. The project, known as the ADMB Project, will involve development of several floors of commercial office space for occupancy by Rutgers University and University Hospital. The project will also include the development of approximately 875 structured parking spaces and approximately 10,000 square feet of clinical space located on the 1st floor.   Any subcontractor or vendor wishing to become prequalified in one or more construction trades or services for this project must first submit a completed prequalification form.
