NOTICE is hereby given that a Regular Public Hearing will be held by the Monroe Planning Commission for the City of Monroe on March 9, 2026, in the Council Chambers, First Floor, City Hall, Monroe, Louisiana at 5:30 p.m. to consider the following case(s):
1. APPLICANT: City of Monroe (P & Z Division) TAM 102-26
This is a request for a text amendment for the approval for the adoption of the DEDD District Master Plan for Monroe, LA. (Downtown Economic Dev. District)
2. APPLICANT: Holyfield Construction - XX Oliver Road – Resubdivision of Blk A, Lot 1 Broadmoor Subdivision)
This is a request for Final Resubdivision plat to resubdivide a 4.067 acre-tract of land, more or less, from 1 to 2 lots for future development. The proposed lots will be Lots 1 & 2 of Broadmoor Office Park Subdivision. The property is located south of Forsythe Avenue, north and east of Oliver Road and west of Broadmoor Boulevard.
All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. The proposed Ordinances are on file and open to the public for inspection in the office of the Monroe Planning Commission, 1401 Stubbs Avenue, Monroe, Louisiana.
