APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 94850 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 1st day of December 2025 State of Nevada, Department of Transportation of Carson City, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the place and manner of use of 0.021 c.f.s., 5.24 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Claim 316 of the Orr Ditch Decree. Water will be diverted from the Truckee River at a point of non-diversion located within the NE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 17, T19N, R19E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SW corner of said Section 17 bears S 44 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds W, a distance of 3,211 feet (Orr Ditch).
