NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Education of the Maine-Endwell Central School District on March 5, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter may be heard, at Maine-Endwell District Offices, 712 Farm to Market Road, Endwell, NY regarding adoption of a resolution for use of the Repair Reserve Fund, established by the Board of Education in accordance with New York General Municipal Law §6-D, concerning an expenditure of up to $115,000.00, for purposes of repair or replacement of the Homer Brink Cafeteria Floors.
Any interested person is entitled to be heard upon said proposed action at such public hearing. Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Board of Education prior to the public hearing. Persons with disabilities who require assistance should contact the undersigned to request such assistance.
