BOROUGH COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF ENGLISHTOWN PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PENDING ORDINANCE 26-007 The capital ordinance, the title of which is published herewith, was introduced and adopted upon first reading at a meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of Englishtown, in the County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey (the "Borough"), held on February 24, 2026 and will be further considered for final passage, after public hearing thereon, at a meeting of said Borough Council to be held at the Borough Municipal Building, 15 Main Street, Englishtown, New Jersey, on March 11, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. The purpose of this capital ordinance is for the Borough to appropriate the amount of $275,000 from the Water Utility Capital Improvement Fund of the Borough to provide for water utility improvements including, but not limited to, the acquisition and installation, as applicable, of water meters.
