Please take notice that a public hearing will be held by the Planning/Zoning Combined Board of the Borough of Oceanport at the Clement V. Sommers Municipal Building, 910 Oceanport Way, Oceanport, NJ on March 10, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider the Applicant's application for Block 74, Lot 17 also known as 85 Gooseneck Point Road.
The applicant requests Variance approval to construct an elevated deck addition to the existing garage which is a non-conforming use. Bulk Variance approval is also sought for minimum side yard setback of 15 ft. where 20 ft. is required.
And for such other density, use and bulk variances, waivers or other relief as the Board shall deem necessary and appropriate
You are hereby notified that you are privileged to be present at said hearing and present any and all objections you may have to the granting of said application.
Any maps and documents for which approval is being are or will be on file and available for public inspection in the office of the Borough Clerk, 910 Oceanport Way, Oceanport, NJ, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday or as otherwise posted at least 10 days prior to the hearing.
