Roll Call/Call to Order President Russ Eimers called the meeting to order at 10:01 am. The following were in attendance: Russell Eimers (Amana); Kevin Kirchner (Vinton); Douglas Melchert (Hopkinton); Jon Walsh (Tipton); Leon Vogl (Anita); Tim Heisdorffer (Farmers Electric); Nate Lucas (Mt. Pleasant); Cody Franklin (West Liberty); Jarrad Broumer (Sibley); Tony Saladine (Long Grove); Jesse Toyne (State Center) Also in attendance: Eric McEwen; (Traer); Doug Healy (Healy Law Offices); Matthew Harward (Healy Law Offices); Tammy Rawson (Vinton); Shannon Safley (RPGI). II. Actions Taken All actions taken below were approved unanimously unless otherwise stated. Approval of Minutes was taken off the agenda due to objection by Nate Lucas. No party objected to Mr. Lucas' request. So moved though no vote was taken.Cody Franklin moved to approve the financial reports. Leon Vogl seconded. III. Adjournment Meeting adjourned at 11:06 am.
