Summary of Proceedings Resale Power Group of Iowa Administrative Board Meeting July 11, 2025 Traer Public Library, Traer, Iowa/#319-826-0939 I. Roll Call/Call to Order President Russ Eimers called the meeting to order at 9:30 am. The following were in attendance: Russ Eimers, President, Amana; Pat Stief, Vice President, Traer; Brandon Craighton, Secretary/Treasurer, Ogden; Tim Heisdorffer, Director, Farmers Electric; Leon Vogl, Director, Anita; Kevin Kirchner, Director, Vinton; and Jake Froehlich, Director, Story City. Also in attendance: Doug Collins and Matthew Harward (Healy Law Offices). II. Actions Taken All actions taken below were approved unanimously unless otherwise stated. President Eimers appointed Tim Heisdorffer, Brandon Craighton and Jake Froehlich to a Staffing Committee to hire a clerical replacement and to make a recommendation at the next meeting.President Eimers appointed himself, Pat Stief and Tim Heisdorffer to a Legal Committee to interact on behalf of the Board with legal counsel.Jake Froehlich moved to enter Closed Session pursuant to Iowa Code Section 21.5(1)(a) to review or discuss records which are required or authorized to be kept confidential as a trade secret under Iowa Code 22.7(3). Tim Heisdorffer seconded.Kevin Kirchner moved to return to Open Session. Tim Heisdorffer seconded. III. Adjournment Meeting adjourned at 12:34pm.
