Roll Call/Call to Order President Russ Eimers called the meeting to order at approximately 10:00 am. The following were in attendance in person or electronically: Russ Eimers, President, Amana; Pat Stief, Vice President, Traer; Brandon Craighton, Secretary/Treasurer, Ogden; Tim Heisdorffer, Director, Farmers Electric; Leon Vogl, Director, Anita; Kevin Kirchner, Director, Vinton; and Jake Froehlich, Director, Story City. Also in attendance: Eric McEwan, Traer; Nate Lucas, Mount Pleasant; Shawna Shore, Mount Pleasant; Doug Collins and Molly Parker (Shuttleworth Law). II. Actions Taken All actions taken below were approved unanimously by Roll Call Vote. Jake Froehlich moved to enter Closed Session pursuant to Iowa Code Section 21.5(1)(a) to review or discuss records which are required or authorized to be kept confidential as a trade secret under Iowa Code 22.7(3).
