Summary of Proceedings Resale Power Group of Iowa Special Administrative Board Meeting November 13, 2025 Virtual/Teams Meeting I. Roll Call/Call to Order President Russ Eimers called the meeting to order at 10:03 am. The following were in attendance: Russ Eimers, President, Amana; Pat Stief, Vice-President, Traer; Brandon Craighton, Secretary/Treasurer, Ogden; Tim Heisdorffer, Director, Farmers Electric; Kevin Kirchner, Vinton; and Jake Froehlich, Director, Story City. Also in attendance: Eric McEwan, Traer; and Doug Collins. II. Actions Taken All actions taken below were approved unanimously unless otherwise stated. Tim Heisdorffer motioned to accept the proposal from Moore Beauston Woodham (MBE) at the lowest tier of estimate hours subject to Doug Collins checking further on the contractual arrangement with the RPGI auditor, particularly in regard to preparing income tax filings, in order to prevent paying for duplicate services.
