NOTICE TO BIDDERS 2026 Fuel The Erie Area Council of Governments’ Joint Municipal Bidding Committee, acting on behalf of Albion, Cranesville, Edinboro, Girard, Lake City, Mill Village, Platea, Union City, Wattsburg, Wesleyville, City of Erie, County of Erie, City of Corry, Amity, Conneaut, Elk Creek, Fairview, Franklin, Girard, Greene, Greenfield, Harborcreek, Lawrence Park, LeBoeuf, McKean, Millcreek, North East, Springfield, Summit, Union, Venango, Waterford, Summit Township Water Authority, North East Community Marina Authority, Girard School District, Erie Metropolitan Transit Authority is seeking sealed proposals for 3-Year Contracts for Ultra Low Sulfur B2 and B5 Diesel, Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel (off-road), Propane, DEF and Unleaded Gasoline. Proposals will be accepted until 1:00 PM on March 30, 2026, enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Erie Area Council of Governments 2026-22, with the name and address of the bidder on the exterior of the sealed envelope. Sealed bids will be accepted by mail, delivery or drop-off at the Erie Area Council of Governments, 1230 Townhall Road West, Suite 600, Erie, PA 16509. No bids will be accepted via e-mail or website. All bids submitted shall be publicly opened and read aloud on Wednesday April 1, 2026, at 1:30 PM at the Summit Township Building 1230 Townhall Road West, Erie, PA 16509.
