Public Notice   The East Tennessee Human Resource Agency (ETHRA) Executive Board will meet at 10:30 A.M. on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, to review and approve the FY 2027 Annual Plan for the Housing Choice Voucher Program. This program serves sixteen counties with funds received from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.   The meeting will be held at ETHRA’s main office at 9111 Cross Park Drive, Suite D-100, in Knoxville, Tennessee. Copies of the plan are available for public review during normal business hours at ETHRA’s main office.
