NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS
PROPERTY ASSESSMENT REVIEW
The Board of Review of the City of Adrian will meet in the Adrian City Chambers Building ,159 E. Maumee Street, on the following dates and times:
MONDAY MARCH 9, 2026 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM & 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
TUESDAY MARCH 10, 2026 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM & 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM
WEDNESDAY MARCH 11, 2026 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM
The purpose is to review the assessment rolls of the City of Adrian as determined by the City Assessor.
At the time set forth above, any person desiring to do so may examine his, her or their assessment on the rolls and may show cause, if any, why the valuation should be changed, which will be considered by such Board.
Appointments to meet with the Board of Review must be made through the City Assessor’s Office, 517/264-4830 or by email at kbrown@adrianmi.gov. Written appeals must be received by the Assessor no later than Tuesday March 10th at 4:30pm.
