NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with the provisions of MGL Ch. 40A, and the Subdivision Rules and Regulations of the Town of Westborough, the Westborough Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at 6:30pm on application record no. 26-00224, to consider the application for approval of the Definitive Subdivision Plan for the Rugged Trails Subdivision. The proposed project will raze one existing older home at 228 Ruggles Street (Parcel ID 4-14A-0) and create three (3) new lots off a new road segment along Ruggles Street, that is proposed to become Town maintained, as shown on plans entitled "Rugged Trails — 3 Lot subdivision at 228 Ruggles Street", prepared by WDA-Design Group, dated January 22, 2026. The owner of the property and project applicant is Sundara R. Kamakolanu Guru.
The public hearing will be held in the Great Hall of the Forbes Municipal Building, 45 West Main Street, Westborough, MA. Persons unable to attend may submit comments in writing to the Westborough Planning Board in advance of the public hearing.
