65 SUMMER STREET LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE TOWN OF DANVERS PRESERVATION COMMISSION   Pursuant to Chapter XXIX of the Town of Danvers General Bylaws, the Preservation Commission, having found the structure located at 65 Summer Street to be historically significant, will hold a public hearing on its proposed modifications on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the Toomey Room at Danvers Town Hall, 1 Sylvan Street. Should the Commission determine the structure is worthy of preservation, the issuance of any building permits associated with the proposed work would be delayed for twelve months.
